Sydney Swans visited Drummoyne Power on Monday 20th February and it was a great night of drills, hearing from Sydney Swans Jude, Jesse and Sam
Sydney Swans visited Drummoyne Power Monday 20th Feb at Drummoyne
It was a great opportunity to meet 3 of the Swans players Jude Bolton, Sam Reid and Jesse Whte, joining them in drills and hearing their tips and tricks during a special Drummoyne Power training session at Taplin Park.
Training included a free clinic provided by Drummoyne Power, the AFL and Swans players covering handballing, kicking, marking and other game skills. The clinic was followed by interviews with the players and a chance to ask questions and get autographs.
It was a 'money can't buy' experience having the ability to interact and hear from 3 of the biggest name AFL players in Sydney, Sam Reid and Jesse White are both NAB AFL RIsing Star nominees and one of the Swans leadership group members Jude Bolton who talked about nearing his 300 game milestone (Jude is on 279 games) and experiencing the 2005 and 2006 Grand Finals.
