Drummoyne Teal vs East Sydney Blue
FIRST THIRD
A very exciting start to the match with the ball moving at a fast pace. Most of the action was at our goal end.
Cameron-great kick to get the ball down our end
Rory - 2 fantastic goals which set the tone for a great third
Nicky-great mark and big kicks
Jo worked hard in the backs to get the ball to the centres
Ali-brilliant scrambling and kick for goal .Team work with jo very good
Hugh-great kick
Riley-great kick to score 1 point
SECOND THIRD
There was great smothering of the Easts players
Nicky-got the ball which was a great start
Damien-good captaining encouraging all players also showed great break away techniques
Ryan-brilliant at getting the ball out of the ruck and kicking the ball to our players so that Angus could score a goal
Daniel - great goal big effort in breaking through their defence
Joseph-excellent team work with Hugh
Hugh great team work
Rory- great at keeping the ball away from Easts goal area
Angus-skilled handballing
Daniel terrific goal
Oliver always giving 100% good attempt at goal
FINAL THIRD
Most exciting 3rd and the best game of the season all players deserved to be named man of the match
Nicky-great goal from a massive kick
Joe-great scrambling
Ryan-stopped the ball going out resulting in 1 point to us
Hugh-great goal great skill displayed
Damien-great goal because of the fast teamwork in getting the ball out of the ruck
Rory- fantastic kick
Riley-fast thinking to get the ball back down our end
Cameron -an asset to the 9's on the day
Every player no matter how many times you have been mentioned was a star player on the day and a credit to your team
