Round 11 Match Report - U11 Teal
Under 11s Teal vs Newtown
Teal lined up against Newtown at Alan Davisdon Oval for what turned out to be perfect footy conditions.
While the usual u11 numbers were depleted due to the holiday season, we had some great assistance from the U10 and U9 players. So, for helping to make a competitive game, particularly in the first half, thanks to Bailey, Luke, Ryan and Ben.
All of Teal’s goalkickers today also came from this group with two to Bailey and one to Ben.
Once again, special mention has to go to Lars for his great defensive work in the first half. Joe was ever reliable in the ruck and won most hitout contests. Andrew took a few great marks while Darby and Gabe were sturdy defenders.
