The last minor round game of the season took the U14s to Pennant Hills and the team were not prepared for the storm they ran into , both on the M2 getting there and at the ground during the game!
In a game that will best be forgotten by the team, the highlights included a terrific match by James who ran all day and had plenty of the ball as did Jack who was given a new role on the wing and running with a player and did a great job.
Nick K also played further up the field than usual and enjoyed a bit more freedom to run around and Nick B continued his great form on the half back line and in the centre.
All players tried hard and gave their best but very little went right for them on the day. They can put this game behind them now and look forward to redeeming themselves next week in the finals.
Thanks to Jeff on the boundary again and Leonard for waving the flags. We wish Jordon and Alex R a speedy recovery from their injuries.
