Under 10 vs Glebe
In a hard fought game the under 10s ‘never said never’ playing with all their power conceding victory to Glebe in the last seconds of the game. The team worked hard throughout the four quarters with three terrific goals scored by Angus, Lliam and Matt and 2 behinds taken by Ewan and Lewis.
Showing remarkable courage the boys fought hard for possession throughout the game. They marked their men and looked for opportunities to seize the ball. Special mention to Michael, who played a hard fourth quarter; Ben, who played consistently throughout and Jonah, who appeared from nowhere a number of times. Great backing up by Will, Xavier, and Phil. In the spirit of great camaraderie, both the Jacks played gallantly for the opposing team.
Overall, the team demonstrated that the Under 10s are in for an exciting season.
