Wet Weather Training Facility Agreement Renewed For 2012
Your committee are delighted to confirm that our Wet Weather facility agreement with Five Dock Indoor Cricket Centre has been renewed. As a club we have 1st rights access to their facility on a Tuesday & Wednesday. This unique benefit is a result of feedback from parents around consistent training regardless of training.
Last year we were able to facilitate training every night rain, hail or shine which helped our skills, teamwork and built game momentum. Your committee is always looking to explore other options for Wet Weather / ground closures. If any parents have any suggestions please make contact with Gavin, Jeremy or Adrian.
Generally when the grounds are quite wet council closes grounds and updates the wet weather hotline and the council website. This site has links to the 'Wet Weather Field Updates' page on council website and time permitting we post an update on our own website. If in doubt your manager will alert your team via email if training is moved to Five Dock Indoor Cricket Centre before 2pm on the normal training day.
